The Che Róga Porã program has added a new proposal for those interested in acquiring a house at a “rental price” in the city of Luque, just outside of Asunción. This is the Casa Vida project, with 22 homes, developed by the company GAO.
The Minister of Urban Planning, Housing and Habitat (MUVH), Juan Carlos Baruja, performed the groundbreaking. He also toured another work in progress, the Arasy II project, which will offer 50 homes.
This development by the company Luoda SA represents a key step in expanding access to home ownership in the country, MUVH reported.
In this way, Che Róga Porã is adding homes under construction in the Central department, consolidating itself as an innovative model for access to housing, with loans of up to 500 million guaraníes, a historic interest rate of 6.5% and financing of up to 30 years.
The Casa Vida and Arasy II projects are designed to offer comfort and well-being to families. Each home will have two bedrooms (one en suite), a living room, kitchen-dining room, family bathroom, laundry room, barbecue area and back garden, complying with the quality standards established by the Ministry of Urban Planning, Housing and Habitat (MUVH).
Families can apply through a quick and transparent process at www.cherogapora.gov.py.
With these impressive projects in Luque, Che Róga Porã continues to transform lives and bring thousands of Paraguayans closer to the dream of owning a home, the ministry highlighted.
