The Philately office is situated within the Patri building in Asunción, located at Alberdi 130, at the intersection with Benjamín Constant in Asunción. The Paraguayan Post Office is open to the public from Monday to Friday, from 07:00 until 13:00. The price per postcard is ₲10,000 (approximately US$1.60).
