Expo Paraguay 2025: A New Era For Agriculture, Industry, And Innovation

With high expectations for the productive sector, new attractions, and a special logistical operation, Expo Paraguay 2025 offers something for everyone. Taking place between July 12 and 27 at the Mariano Roque Alonso fairgrounds in Asunción, the event is Paraguay’s largest and most influential fair.

Expo Paraguay 2025 is a unique opportunity to witness the country’s innovation and tradition come together in one dynamic event, spanning business opportunities, agricultural showcases, family-friendly entertainment, and cultural experiences.

A tradition propelling Paraguay towards progress

Expo Paraguay 2025 will mark the beginning of a new era in the economic and productive development of the nation. The Expo will welcome key figures from the livestock, industrial, technology, and academic sectors for two weeks, with more than 600 exhibiting companies already confirmed.

Livestock at the heart of a new era

Livestock will take centre stage this year, with major advances in genetics, sustainability, and agri-tech. The organisers, the Paraguayan Industrial Union (UIP) and the Rural Association of Paraguay (ARP), have stated that Expo 2025 will position Paraguay as a regional hub for efficient and responsible livestock production.

In addition to the traditional competitions and breed showcases, there will be technical seminars, business rounds, and expert presentations. The aim is to strengthen ties among producers, business leaders, and investors.

Expo Paraguay 2025: What to expect

There will be dedicated areas for national industry, technology, innovation, and sustainable development in the Expo. Visitors can expect machinery exhibitions, agri-startup presentations, and an innovation pavilion. Family entertainment will include live music, cultural performances, traditional cuisine, and children’s activities.

This year Expo Paraguay’s edition aims to surpass previous ones, with an enhanced focus on modernisation and rural–urban harmony.

Traffic patrol: a special operation

Paraguayan traffic patrol has launched a special operation to ensure smooth traffic flow during Expo 2025. The main goal is to ease congestion around Mariano Roque Alonso, especially at weekends when visitor numbers are expected to peak.

Strategic diversions, preventive control measures, and improved signage will be implemented. Coordination with the National Police and the city council will help guarantee the safety of both exhibitors and attendees.
