Cinema Under The Sky Of Asunción: Enjoy Short Films From Caaguazú

Alongside the weekly Palmear Fair, which is held every Saturday with the support of the National Secretariat of Culture, this week’s fair on August 31 will also feature the second edition of “Cinema under the sky of Asunción,” an event that offers the opportunity to enjoy outdoor cinemas, with national audiovisual productions, in this case, originating from the Department of Caaguazú. The activity will take place in Palma and Chile streets, in front of the Pantheon of Heroes, from 18:00 hours, with free entrance.

Attendees will be able to enjoy a special selection of short films created by the Cultural Society of the Department of Caaguazú. These works capture the essence of the Caaguacan people, highlighting the talent and creativity that characterize Paraguayan cinema.

Cinema under the sky of Asunción is a program that seeks to bring the experience of cinema outdoors to different points of the capital, allowing the public to enjoy national audiovisual production in an environment other than conventional cinema, while meeting in the emblematic sites of Asunción.
