The Paraguayan-Japanese Centre (CPJ) in Asunción has announced a series of free Pilates classes on 29 and 30 April 2026. The initiative reflects the centre’s long-standing commitment to accessible health and cultural programmes in the capital. Scheduled for Wednesday, 29 April, and Thursday, 30 April, the classes will feature both Pilates Mat and Pilates Barre. With limited places available, the sessions aim to provide an energising start to the day.

The free Pilates classes timetable has been organised to suit different morning routines. On Wednesday, 29 April, Pilates Mat classes will take place from 07:00 to 07:50 and again from 09:00 to 09:50. Pilates Barre is scheduled from 08:00 to 08:50. On Thursday, 30 April, Pilates Mat will be offered from 08:00 to 08:50. Alongside two Pilates Barre sessions running from 07:00 to 07:50 and from 09:00 to 09:50.
All sessions will be led by instructor María José Gutiérrez and are free of charge. However, organisers have limited capacity, so participants should book early.
