A new monthly night from The Asunción Times, built around doing something rather than watching something. The first one is Latin American: learn to make a caipirinha, then learn to dance.
It opens with a caipirinha workshop, with alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions, and the DIY Caipirinha Bar is open afterwards. Mixing drinks side by side gets people talking.
Then a beginner salsa class taught in English by Olga and Alejandro, professional dancers from Cuba. Completely optional. Join in, or just watch.
Latin American music all night, and everything happens in English.
Doors open at 7pm. Entry is Gs 50,000, half price for VIP members of The Asunción Times. No booking, just turn up.
