The Museum of Economics will participate in the eighth edition of the Night of The Museums, scheduled for Saturday, November 16 from 6pm to midnight, in a completely in-person format. This year, the event will reach a record number with almost one hundred museums and cultural spaces from 13 departments of the country, which will open their doors to offer a wide variety of cultural proposals with free access, at night.
It is organised by the ‘Night at the Museum Association, also known as the Association Noche de los Museos Paraguay, an initiative that has been carried out continuously since 2017, in cooperation with government entities and the private sector.
Museums from several cities, including Lambaré, Luque, San Lorenzo, Capiatá, Itauguá, Itá, Areguá, Ypané and Ñemby, will be part of the activity.
The Museum of Economics will feature interactive activities, including a simulation on the creation of the National General Budget and virtual games, through which visitors will be able to apply economic development strategies for different cities in the country.
In addition, the public will have the opportunity to learn about the evolution of the Paraguayan economy and the role played by the Ministry of Economy and Finance (formerly known as the Ministry of Treasury) over the years.
