In order to empower digital entrepreneurs, InnovandoPY returns, in its ninth edition. This initiative of the Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies (Mitic) aims to strengthen and ensure the progress of Paraguay-based entrepreneurs with digitally based ideas. The programme is being strengthened with resources from the Digital Agenda Support Programme.
The implementation period will be open until 06 October, and up to 20 ventures will be selected for the incubation process.
This initiative, which has been carried out since 2015, has been supporting interesting proposals in various areas such as cybersecurity, education, fintech, medicine, among others. In addition to seed capital, InnovandoPY offers entrepreneurs a wide range of knowledge from the help of expert instructors and mentors, which help entrepreneurs boost their ventures.
The process has 5 stages or well-defined phases; the nomination, the selection of participating intlings, an incubation program for the chosen ones, a Demo Day or selection and the subsequent accompaniment to the winning startups.
In this edition, the selected projects will be able to receive a seed capital of USD 20,000, after going through an intense program, which will address topics such as legal issues, business model, UX/UI design, financial analysis, pitching, among others.
Likewise, participating teams will have the opportunity to connect with investors and receive mentors from experienced people in various fields such as finance, technology, marketing, etc.
InnovatingPY seeks to connect the private sector with the public, collaborate with the development of digitally based projects and high growth potential and consolidate the ecosystem of enterprises with a technological base in Paraguay.
