The Paraguay Business Fair (FEPY 2025) is shaping up to be a landmark event for the country’s economic ecosystem. Organised by the Paraguayan Industrial Union (UIP), FEPY is the first major multi-sector trade fair of its kind. The event, held from 16 to 19 October 2025, is designed to be a crucial platform for industry, commerce, services, and innovation.
This high-impact gathering aims to bring together national and international companies, entrepreneurs, public sector leaders, and the general public to foster investment, strategic partnerships, and sustainable growth opportunities within Paraguay.
The event will also offer diverse array of activities and exhibitions. The inaugural edition of FEPY is organised at the Paraguayan Olympic Committee in Luque, near Paraguay’s captial Asunción. The event is free and attendees have open access to the main event.
FEPY 2025 focus on business and the future
FEPY 2025 is structured to be a dynamic centre for networking, learning, and future-forward thinking. A core objective is to facilitate robust Business-to-Business (B2B) negotiations, providing a vital space for connecting buyers and suppliers across different industries.
Furthermore, a significant goal of the event is the integration and support of micro, small, and medium Enterprises (MiPymes). Those companies account for over 95% of the economy as per FEPY 2025 and the Paraguayan government. By offering them a space to connect with major players and access new technologies, FEPY aims to help them integrate into the national and international value chain.

The fair will be divided into strategic pavilions and special spaces, each targeting specific areas of growth and innovation:
- Centre of Industry & Future: This area is dedicated to the manufacturing sector. The goal is to showcase the productive potential and capacity for innovation among Paraguayan companies.
- Global Connection and Negotiation Centre: This pavilion is focused on commerce, corporate services, technology, and finance. The area is designed to promote international expansion and digital transformation for businesses.
- AI Space: A highly anticipated, immersive zone dedicated to Artificial Intelligence (AI). This pavilion will feature live demonstrations, practical workshops, and master conferences on its ethical implications, business applications, and the future of work.
- Experiences Centre FEPY 2025: This area is designed to transform the fair into a comprehensive experience. The Experiences Centre will host workshops, high-impact talks, and conferences aimed at inspiring and educating attendees.
- First Meeting of Managerial Leaders: A dedicated activity for business leaders. This space will offer specialised workshops on agile leadership, team management, and strategic networking.
- Gourmet Centre and Oktober Paraguay Fest: Reflecting Paraguay’s vibrant culture, this space will be the gastronomic hub. The aim is to promote the local food and beverage sectors and offering a unique festival atmosphere.
