“Paraguay, The Heart Of South America”: Civis Campaign Honours Paraguay’s Essence

Civis Soluciones Inmobiliarias officially launched its new institutional campaign “Paraguay, the Heart of South America”, an audiovisual production that seeks to project the country from an emotional, modern, and deeply patriotic perspective. The campaign represents a journey through the real Paraguay: its natural landscapes, the growth of its cities, the energy of its nights, sports, art, tradition, gastronomy, production, livestock farming, and the everyday essence of its people. Through images that travel through different historical, urban, and productive corners of the country, the video shows a connected, authentic Paraguay in constant evolution, where roots and the future coexist.

Symbols deeply linked to national identity

The narrative also highlights symbols deeply linked to national identity, such as the passion for Paraguay’s national football team, the Albirroja, human warmth, and the hardworking spirit of a country that has historically been the engine of the region.

The audiovisual piece highlights Paraguay’s strategic role in South America: one of the world’s largest producers of soybeans and chia, a livestock reference, home to international industries and companies, and home to the third most important barge fleet in the world. The campaign also recalls Asunción’s historic role as the “Mother of Cities,” reclaiming the country’s historical and cultural connection with the region and its sustained growth toward the future.

In this context, Civis seeks to consolidate itself as a young Paraguayan company with a country vision and committed to representing Paraguay as a gateway to investment, development, and opportunities.

Production collaborations

The production was carried out in collaboration with Pablo Urba, a Spanish audiovisual creator who chose Paraguay to live with his family and who, through his foreign perspective, captures what makes the country unique: its tranquility, authenticity, human warmth, and potential. As part of this initiative, Civis also presented an exclusive collection developed with the national artist Guillermo Sanabria, where Paraguayan cultural icons are fused with the architectural and urban vision of the developer, reinterpreting neighborhoods and cities through works inspired by national identity.

Beyond the audiovisual launch, the company confirmed that this campaign marks the beginning of a series of actions, activations, and projects that will give continuity to the concept “Paraguay, the Heart of South America,” accompanying future company launches and becoming a central part of the strategic vision that Civis has been promoting for more than eight years.

This communication line will also be linked to social impact, sustainability, and community development initiatives that the company promotes together with its community, integrating actions related to the environment, education, and social strengthening.
