Asunción is set to become the epicentre of business transformation in Latin America in November 2025. The 15th edition of the Customer Experience and Innovation Congress – Latam2025 will gather regional leaders, innovators, and investors. The event will be held at the Paseo La Galería Event Centre from 4 to 6 November, shaping the future of customer service and digital innovation across the region.
Paraguay as a regional hub
The official presentation of the Customer Experience & Innovation Congress was led by key industry figures. Raquel Dentice, president of the Paraguayan Association of Contact Centres and BPO (APCC), took part in the announcement alongside Laura Minardi, director of Trade in Services at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MIC). Also, Javier Viveros, deputy minister of Rediex, was present during the presentation.
During the announcement, Deputy Minister Viveros highlighted Paraguay’s growing relevance in the contact center and BPO sector. Currently, the mentioned field employs around 10,000 people. He pointed out the country’s strong potential to generate youth employment. In fact, around 70% of Paraguay’s population is under 35 years old.
Viveros also emphasised Paraguay’s strategic advantages for investment: “Paraguay offers low staff turnover, a competitive tax regime, and excellent conditions for exporting services to Latin America, Central America, and Europe. This congress represents a crucial international showcase for our positioning.”
The same congress was declared of Institutional Interest in its 2024 edition. Institutional support for this event underscores Paraguay’s commitment to fostering digital transformation, economic growth, and global competitiveness.
The future customer experience
The 2025 congress will take place in a hybrid format, allowing participants to attend in person or join virtually. International experts, business executives, and industry leaders will share insights on the latest trends in customer experience, artificial intelligence, automation, and innovation management.
Dentice described this year’s edition as a milestone in the industry’s evolution: “What began as a call centre gathering has become a comprehensive space for discussing innovation and customer experience. Paraguay now exports BPO services to the region, the United States, and Europe, with recognised quality standards. This congress will help us further professionalise the sector, embrace disruptive technologies, and reinforce our leadership.”
The Customer Experience and Innovation Congress – Latam 2025 features an agenda that blends knowledge-sharing, networking, and strategic collaboration. Through this approach, Paraguay positions itself at the forefront of technological advancement and regional business development.
Paraguay will also host the 18th Ibero-American Social Security Congress in December 2025, further strengthening its role as a regional hub, in this case, for international cooperation.
