The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), through the General Directorate of Retirements and Pensions, continues with the process of the digital census aimed at retirees and pensioners. A total of 8,825 people have already completed the process.
The census, which will run until May 3, 2025, aims to update key information on the beneficiaries of the Caja Fiscal, the MEF reported.
The required data includes address, contact number, email, country and city of residence. Please note that this process does not include information related to banking operations with the National Development Bank (BNF).
Access to the census is exclusively digital and must be done through the official MEF website in the “Online Services” section, by clicking on the “Retiree Census” icon.
Both retirees and pensioners, as well as their direct contacts declared to the MEF, can register. The information provided will be in the form of a sworn statement, so the importance of its veracity is emphasised.
The institution urges all retirees and pensioners to complete the process, as payments will be stopped for those who do not do so within the established period. If they do not regularise their situation within 90 days after the blockage, they will be excluded from the fiscal payment list.
The process, which was designed to be fast, simple and secure, allows retirees and pensioners to update their data in just a few minutes.
For more information, interested parties can visit the MEF website or contact the customer service department from Monday to Saturday, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., at the telephone number +595 (0) 21 729 0123.
