The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), through the National Institute of Public Administration of Paraguay (Inapp), announces the opening of applications for the Capacity Improvement and Advancement for Tomorrow (CIAT) Scholarship Program, 2025 edition.
This program, fully funded by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (Koica), is aimed at policymakers, public servants and experts from partner countries.
It also offers high-quality technical training and the possibility of obtaining postgraduate degrees at Korean universities, public organisations and research centers, reported the MEF.
CIAT seeks to promote the exchange of knowledge and skills between participants and Korean institutions. Scholarship recipients return to their countries to implement what they have learned, contributing to the development of their communities and strengthening bilateral relations between Korea and partner countries.
The program will be held in person and will last two years in Korea, starting on October 1, 2025 and ending on October 30, 2027.
Interested parties must submit their documents in physical format at the Inapp office, located at Estrella 505 corner 14 de Mayo, 2nd floor, before 3:00 p.m. on January 15, 2025.
This program represents a unique opportunity for public servants seeking to strengthen their professional skills and generate a positive impact on their respective societies.
