The National Postal Directorate of Paraguay (Dinacopa), through its Philatelic Advisory Service, is putting into circulation 6,000 units of new stamps called “Christmas 2024”. The sale of the stamps is managed by the Paraguayan Post Office, and commences today!
These are 2 postage stamps with different values. In the plate of 10 series you can see the stamps of Gs 4,000 and the painting of the birth of Jesus by the plastic artist Alfredo Moraes. You can also see the Virgin Mary holding the baby Jesus in her arms and the 3 wise men offering gifts.
For the stamps worth Gs 11,000, the artist Raquel Ruiz used acrylic on canvas to paint a traditional Paraguayan Christmas image. The stamps show the Holy Family in the manger, decorations, many colors and typical elements wrapped in an atmosphere of love.
