The Museum of Economics has reached an important milestone by receiving 12,421 visitors since its opening. Of this total, 9,947 are compatriots and 2,474 are foreigners, demonstrating the interest in this cultural space both nationally and internationally.
Located in the center of Asunción, the Museum stands out for offering an educational tour of the country’s economic history, the role of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) and key issues such as the planning and execution of the General Budget of the Nation.
The Museum of Economics not only houses a rich historical exhibition, but also includes interactive activities such as economic simulations and educational workshops that allow visitors to get involved in economic decision-making processes.
The Ministry of Economy and Finance invites students, professionals and the general public to visit this unique space, open from Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. For interested educational institutions, guided tours are available upon prior arrangement with the Museum.
