Starting tomorrow, January 2, new rates will be in effect at three toll booths managed by the Ministry of Public Works (MOPC). These are the Ecovía booths on the Luque – San Bernardino Route, and the Caapucú and Coronel Bogado booths on the PY01 Route.
Starting January 2, 2025, at the Ecovía station, located on the Luque – San Bernardino route, drivers will pay Gs. 15,000 per light vehicle; two-axle trucks and buses will cost Gs. 26,000, as will be the case for light vehicles with trailers; 3-axle trucks will have a rate of Gs. 44,000 and trucks with more than 3 axles will pay a fee of Gs. 58,000.
In the case of Caapucú (PY01), the new provision establishes that small vehicles must pay Gs. 10,000; trucks and buses with two axles will have a price of Gs. 17,000 as well as light vehicles with trailers; trucks with 3 axles will pay Gs. 20,000 and vehicles with more than 3 axles will pay Gs. 28,000.
Finally, at the Coronel Bogado station, also on route PY01, the only category that will have a change in its rate is that of light vehicles, which will now pay G. 10,000.
Concessioned toll booths of of route PY02
In the case of Route PY02, the concessioned toll stations are Pastoreo (Km 205+717) and Minga Guazú (Km 305+717).
The adjustment will be applied in two stages: starting January 1, 2025, the basic rate will be G. 18,000, the Public Works portfolio reported.
