River Beats is gearing up to energise the capital of Paraguay with the best of the current electronic scene. This event will be held on April 30 in the Port of Asunción. Making his second appearance from Venezuela, Gordo brings a style deeply influenced by his Latin roots, fusing electronic music with regional genres to create a unique and distinctive sound. Joining him for the first time in Paraguay from the Netherlands is Colyn, who combines influences from melodic house and techno, earning recognition on the international stage. River Beats is a production by G5PRO, Groovers, and The Klan.
Gordo
Gordo will be present at River Beats. He is a Grammy-nominated music producer and DJ who continues to surprise with his innovative approach to electronic music. His recent album No Hay Verano Sin Gordo blends the energy of underground house with Latin influences, breaking cultural barriers. This project features collaborations with international artists such as Eladio Carrión, Bad Gyal, Emilia, and Sfera Ebbasta, merging sounds from five different countries into a unique representation of his Latin roots.
Following the success of his previous work, Diamante, which included collaborations with artists like Drake, Maluma, and Feid, Gordo has established himself as one of the most influential Hispanic DJs globally. He has shone at prestigious festivals such as Coachella, Tomorrowland, and Pacha Ibiza, and now he is at River Beats. His TARAKA tour through Latin America has been a resounding success. With this album, Gordo reinforces his global status. He also demonstrates how electronic music can transcend genres and borders, celebrating cultural richness through a universal language: music.

Colyn
On the other hand, Colyn is recognised for his ability to create captivating and motivating parallel sounds, combining complex textures and unique synthesisers. He has gained fame in the music scene for his ability to convey emotion through his productions. His music is acclaimed for its fusion of melodic house and techno, and he has performed at iconic events like Tomorrowland, Coachella, and Awakenings, among others. And this April 30, he will be at River Beats in the Port of Asunción!
In addition to his original music, Colyn has produced remixes for artists such as Rüfüs Du Sol, Joris Voorn, and Armin van Buuren. His track “Oxygen Levels Low” was used as the anthem by the Denver Nuggets during the 2022-23 NBA season. It is the season when they won the championship. Colyn remains a reference in the electronic scene, always seeking to innovate and take his sound to new horizons, providing euphoric moments to his audience. It is a big addition to the River Beats event.

Asunción: A Big Music Scene
Apart from River Beats, Asunción Cumbia, Duki, and Arlandria are music shows held solely in the last 30 days. This shows how the capital and Paraguay are becoming bigger stages for music. International artists are becoming more interested in playing here for their Paraguayan public.
