Indoors, in any weather
Four walls, a roof and air conditioning. The evening goes ahead rain or shine, in summer heat or a winter chill.

A nice, well-kept bar or restaurant that guests are happy to recommend to their friends.
Room to mingle
Space for a group to stand and move around, with music low enough to talk over. Staff who speak some English help too.

The venues that do best become favourites. Guests return with friends on other nights, without us.
