Buying a property is rarely the only thing a foreign buyer needs help with in Paraguay. There is the property itself, of course — its history, its title, its boundaries, its condition. But there is also everything around it: getting funds into the country, structuring ownership, securing residency, managing what you buy once you own it, and finding the right people for any of the smaller jobs along the way.

The services on this page cover the full picture. Some are work we do directly. Others are work we coordinate through specialists we trust and have used for years. Either way, the answer to "do you do this?" is almost always yes — and if it isn't, we will tell you who actually does.

Before You Buy

Due diligence and verification, before any offer is made.

Title Risk Assessment

Most problems with Paraguayan property are visible in the legal record before you ever view a property — if you know what to look for. A Title Risk Assessment is the work that should happen before you make an offer, not after. Carried out by the most experienced risk-management team in the country.

Property Inspection

A proper inspection of the building itself — structure, condition, what has been done well, what has been done badly, and what will need attention. Worth doing on any property you are seriously considering, and worth doing properly.

Land Survey

What the seller shows you on a walk-around may not match what is written in the title. A formal land survey establishes the legal boundaries of what you would actually be buying, and identifies discrepancies that need resolving before completion.

Custom Satellite Imaging

For rural land, larger plots, and properties where ground access is limited, satellite imagery gives an honest picture of what is actually there. Useful for verifying boundaries, checking neighbouring activity, and understanding terrain that walk-arounds will not reveal.

Paraguay Investor Pass

Paraguay launched the Investor Pass in April 2026 — a direct route to permanent residency through investment, with a real estate pathway from $200,000 and tourism routes from $150,000.
