Smart City Paraguay 2025 marks the beginning of a new chapter in the nation’s urban evolution. Paraguay hosts its first international congress on smart cities, urban innovation, and digital transformation. Taking place on 28 and 29, 2025, at Paseo La Galería in Asunción, the event features 32 speakers from Paraguay, and around the world. Through a dynamic programme of conferences, panels, and exhibitions, experts will share important tools, and strategies that are transforming how cities are managed in Latin America, and other regions.

This congress will serve as a platform to showcase technological solutions in urban planning, governance, public services, and quality of life, while presenting creative methods to address social, economic, and environmental issues.
