José Ernesto Centurión Rojas is the Director of Investments and Special Regimes at Paraguay’s Unified System for the Opening and Closing of Companies (SUACE). At this Paragauayn platform, operating under the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Rojas leads engagement with national and foreign investors across strategic sectors, managing a project portfolio exceeding US$50 million.

With over a decade of executive experience in telecommunications, retail, automotive, and B2B services in Paraguay and Australia, he has consistently driven revenue growth, exceeded commercial KPIs by up to 125%, and led high-performing teams of up to 50 people. Rojas holds a Master’s in Management, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship from the Australian National University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Marketing from National Taiwan University. He also serves as a part-time lecturer in Negotiation Strategies at Universidad del Pacífico.

Josefina Otero Rey is a visionary hospitality leader with nearly 20 years of experience, viewing the industry as a tool for community transformation. She rose through operational roles to general manager, blending strategic acumen with empathy. Settling in Paraguay over a decade ago, she became General Manager of Dazzler Hotel Asunción, Country Manager for Horwath HTL, and in 2022, President of the Paraguayan Hotel Industry Association.
